Complete System Installation and SetupHere is the help you need to set up Nexia™ Home Intelligence for the first time or to reinstall your system in a new location. Follow these four steps to get your system up and running smoothly.

- Step 2: Online Account Setup
- Step 3: System Setup

Log in to your Nexia online account using the username and password you created during the online account setup process.

Read and accept the Terms & Conditions shown on screen.
3.
Create a unique name for your home, providing your home’s Zip Code and selecting the appropriate Time Zone.
4.
Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your Nexia system. System setup instructions vary based on which devices you have purchased for your Nexia system.
5.
When setup is successful, the website will display your devices. You will be able to rename each device to your preference.

Next, create a Nexia subscription by selecting the payment plan type that best suits your needs. At this time, you also will need to provide your credit card information for billing purposes. Your credit card will not be charged till your trial period ends. - Setup Documents (3)
- Step 4: Mobile Device Access
From your Nexia online account, follow the screen prompts in Account Setup Wizard for Adding a Mobile Device to your Nexia™ Home Intelligence system. When asked if you want to set up your mobile device to control your system, click the Yes button. (You can skip this step and come back to it later any time.)
- Enter your mobile device carrier.
- Enter your phone number.
- Click the Continue button.
- A text message will be sent to your mobile device. Look for the message and open it.
- From your mobile device, click the link in the text message. This will download and install the mobile application.
- Follow the directions on the mobile screen, opening the mobile app and selecting Activate.
- Enter the 12-digit activation code displayed on the screen to activate the app.
- Select Activate again.
- Before using the mobile app for the first time, you’ll need to select and enter a four-digit PIN code.
