Compatibility Requirements

Nexia mobile phone apps are currently available for the following platforms:

  • iPhone - iOS 4.3+
  • iPad - iOS 4.0+
  • Android Mobile - Android 2.2+
  • Android Tablet - Android 2.2+
  • Blackberry - BB OS 4.1+
  • J2ME - CLDC 1.0 and MIDP 2.0

NOTE: Due to the wide variety of phones for each platform, performance may vary among different phones. All compatible phones require an Internet data plan to work with Nexia™ Home Intelligence. A text message plan is required to receive text notifications to your phone.

Nexia also offers dedicated applications for mobile phones and the iPad.

You can access the full Nexia Web portal using any of the following supported Web browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 & 8 (Windows)
  • Mozilla Firefox latest version (Windows/Mac)
  • Apple Safari latest version (Windows/Mac)
