Enable remote access to your thermostat

Dealer Remote Access allows you to grant limited access to your connected control so that your HVAC dealer or technician can remotely access it. They can then view, edit and adjust your settings if necessary. This offers you the convenience and flexibility to avoid any unnecessary, in-person service appointments. Your dealer will also get visibility into your system performance and receive alerts so they can proactively address them right away.

To set it up in your Nexia mobile app, visit “App Settings > Home Settings” and make sure you “Enable Dealer to see Information about your Thermostats.” You can also contact Nexia Customer Support for assistance at 877-288-7707.
